Real Estate Development

Introduction

Real Estate Development is one of the two business areas developed directly on this website. The Screenproject Group identifies, acquires, and develops its own real estate projects — from land to final client handover — based on accumulated experience in engineering and construction that reduces execution risk compared to developers without internal technical capacity.

For investors, this capacity translates into projects better controlled in cost and deadline. For land owners, it means an intermediary capable of evaluating, financing, and executing the project without relying on third parties. For buyers, it means properties developed with technical rigour from start to finish.

What we do

Opportunity identification — active prospecting of land, buildings, and assets with valorisation potential.

Asset acquisition — negotiation and formalisation of purchase, exchange, or association for asset development.

Concept development and urban planning — definition of the program, typology, and urban framework of the project.

Financial structuring — definition of the financing model and, where applicable, the co-investment model.

Project and technical coordination — articulation with architecture and engineering teams for the development of the execution project.

Construction — execution of the work, with the Group's own technical supervision.

Commercialisation — definition of the commercial strategy and monitoring of the sale or lease process.

Conclusion, handover, and after-sales — handover to the final client and subsequent support.
