The Screenproject Group is a Portuguese real estate investment, development and execution platform. Through an integrated structure combining investment, development, engineering and construction capabilities, the Group supports investors and partners throughout the entire real estate lifecycle — from opportunity identification and structuring to development, construction and exit. Its seven complementary business areas provide the specialised capabilities required to execute this integrated model.
Our history
The Screenproject Group originated from Screenproject Lda., founded with a focus on engineering and construction. The first construction projects were followed by entry into real estate development, with the development of proprietary projects from land to commercialisation. The growth of the portfolio of opportunities — and the realisation that not all property owners and investors seek the same models of collaboration — gave rise to the CAEPs, structured partnerships for joint project development. More recently, the Group expanded its activity to regulated real estate investment, through the Real Estate Investment Funds, and to mobility, responding to the logistical needs of international investors and partners visiting Portugal. This evolution progressively transformed Screenproject from an engineering and construction company into an integrated platform capable of combining capital, real estate opportunities and execution capacity.
