Who we are
The Screenproject Group is the business platform that brings together the seven business areas of the Screenproject universe. Its founding entity, Screenproject Lda., originated in engineering and construction and is now the technical foundation upon which the Group has built its capacity for real estate development, investment, and mobility. Each business area operates with its own identity and, where applicable, its own legal entity — detailed information in section 2.4 (Group Structure), relevant for institutional investors undergoing due diligence who need to clearly identify the entity responsible for each area. From engineering to diversified business development, the journey of the Screenproject Group reflects a simple logic: each new area was born from a need identified in previous projects — from the land to the investor, from the investor to the delivered property.
Our history
The Screenproject Group originated from Screenproject Lda., founded with a focus on engineering and construction. The first construction projects were followed by entry into real estate development, with the development of proprietary projects from land to commercialisation. The growth of the portfolio of opportunities — and the realisation that not all property owners and investors seek the same models of collaboration — gave rise to the CAEPs, structured partnerships for joint project development. More recently, the Group expanded its activity to regulated real estate investment, through the Real Estate Investment Funds, and to mobility, responding to the logistical needs of international investors and partners visiting Portugal.
